Exchange Policy:

Al-Qasim Jewellers Entitles You To Exchange Any Jewelry Purchased Online Within 7 Days (Only One Time). After 7 Days No Exchange. For Exchanging of a product shipping Charges are paid by the customer. Necklace Sets & Watches are not exchangeable.

Special & Customized Orders:

In Any Case Customized Orders Cannot Be Exchange or Refunded.

Please Note:

  • As A Standard Company Policy We Do Not Issue Refunds. Advance Order Payments or Payments Made With Debit or Credit Cards Also Cannot Be Refunded or Cancelled. All Exchanges Must Be Accompanied With The Original Invoice.
  • Product which costs more than Rs.10000/-, Will not be delivered without 50% advance payment.
  • All Shipping Costs Related To Exchanges Must Be Done By The Customer.
  • All Prices Posted on Website are subject to change without any notice. 
  • Order and Payments Received after 4pm will be dispatch next Day.
  • We do not hold order without advance, orders without advance will be cancelled automatically after 24 hours.
  • For Exchange Product must be in its original condition when returned to us. Tags & Stickers must be intact.
  • Watch Color, Strap and Battery have no Warranty. Warranty is only for the movement of the watch.
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order or ask for full advance or send without advance. You must follow the instructions provided during order confirmation call to fulfill your order.

  • If your order amount is below Rs: 10000 then please make an advance deposit of Rs: 500 and if the amount is above Rs: 10000 then please make 50% advance deposit in the bank account details given below and send us a payment screenshot on +923002224704 .

In Country Delivery Time For In Stock Products Are 4 To 5 Working Days, International 15 to 20 Working Days. Products which are available on backorders will be dispatched for delivery in 8 to 10 workings days or more depending on the nature of the product.

We Offer Free Shipping On All Orders Above Rs: 2000 If Shipped Within Pakistan And For Orders Below This Amount Shipping Charges Are Rs: 300. Other Countries We Offer Free Shipping For Orders Above $350. Below This Amount $33 Will Be Charged.

Shipping Destinations:

We Ship Globally. The Customer Will Be Liable To Pay All Local Taxes/Duties If Any. Please Note: We Don’t Ship To PO Boxes Or APO/FPO Addresses.
